I have forgotten my e-mail address or password, what should I do?

By registering or activating your profile, you can manage your orders, submit complaints, and easily order spare parts.

You have several options on the login page.

If your email address is registered with IKEA, you can request the one-time code. To do so, enter your email address and click "Continue."

If you've forgotten your password, click "Log in with your password." A new button will open where you can reset your password.

You can still register again by clicking either "I'm buying fo my home" or "I'm buying fo my company".
