What do I do if my IKEA gift card is lost, stolen or damaged?
If you have lost your gift card, someone else has used it without your permission or it has been damaged, unfortunately we cannot block or replace the card. Gift cards are treated like cash.
The IKEA Gift Card is transferable and not personalized. IKEA is not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized purchases made using an IKEA Gift Card.
The best thing to do is to go back and ask at the customer service desk whether any of your lost personal belongings or purchases have been handed in at the IKEA store.
