Can a lost or stolen IKEA gift or prepaid card be blocked or replaced?
If you've lost your IKEA gift or refund card card, or if it's been used without your permission, the possibility of blocking it depends on whether it's a digital or physical card.
There are two types of IKEA gift and refund cards: digital cards and physical cards.
Digital Gift & Refund Cards
Digital cards can be blocked if they have been registered, purchased or issued via an active IKEA Family profile.
Physical Gift and Refund Cards
Physical cards cannot be blocked or replaced. A loss is treated as the loss of cash.
