You can check the balance of your gift or refund card online or in-store.
- Check your balance online
- Log in to your IKEA account or create a new account.
- Enter the last 13 digits of your card and the PIN code.
- No PIN code is required for promotional cards.

- Check the balance in the IKEA store
If you want to check your balance on site, you can do so directly:
- At the checkout in the IKEA store.
After each purchase, the remaining amount of your card will also be automatically displayed on the receipt.
- Important Notes on Activation & Use
- IKEA gift cards that you buy in an IKEA store or online are activated immediately after purchase.
- IKEA gift cards from third-party retailers will be activated within 36 hours.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned.
- A cash payment of the credit is not possible.
