Can I still use my IKEA gift card if it is damaged?
Gladly, as long as the gift card number is legible.
We can still accept your gift card with a readable card number at our checkouts in the IKEA store.
When making an online purchase, simply enter the gift card number and PIN during the payment process.
If the number or PIN cannot be read, it is unfortunately no longer possible to determine the credit balance and redeem it.
