Serves: about 40 pieces

Ingredients

  • 300 g BJÄLLRA oat biscuits
  • 500 g CHOKLAD MÖRK, Dark chocolate tablet
  • 400 g condensed milk
  • 100 g raisins
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 g salt

Step by step

  1. Crumble the oat biscuits smaller than 1cm by 1cm pieces. Chop the CHOKLAD MÖRK into rough pieces.
  2. Prepare a 25x25 cm baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Gently heat the condensed milk together with the chocolate. Stir consistently until the chocolate is melted.
  4. Pour in butter, BJÄLLRA oat biscuits, salt, raisins and then stir until the butter is melted.
  5. Pour the mix into the prepared baking dish. Use a rubber spatula to spread it evenly. Let it sit at room temperature for about 4 hours before cutting into pieces.
  6. Flip the dish with fudge onto a cutting board and take off the parchment paper. Trim off the rounded edges from the pan.
  7. Cut the fudge in any size you like and enjoy it directly or within the next two weeks.

Tips!

  • You can make the fudge thicker or thinner depending on what size baking dish you use.
  • You can also sprinkle cookie crumbles or sprinkles on top when the fudge is still hot.
