The FINMAT series, designed by Ilse Crawford, is cookware pieces in copper and stainless steel that are beautiful to look at and simple and inspiring to use.
Works well on all types of hobs, including induction hob.
Copper darkens and tarnishes naturally over time, so you can always choose whether you want to keep the beautiful patina or polish up the shine so your cookware looks like new again.
The edge is designed so that it doesn’t drip after you pour out liquid.
It’s easy to polish tarnished or stained copper with a mix of white vinegar and salt.

Customer reviews
I love how a lot of people in the reviews really don't understand stainless steel pans and then rate this one star based on their own skill issue. It's a good pan and it's pretty too, so for me it's perfect.
