    Lovely design larger than though,light very strong. Great for plant stand, little night table if in a futon. Great for sitting, resting feet, putting blankets on. Very versatile . Fantastic colour and texture.

    What is banana fibre?

    The strong banana fibre is a by-product of banana growing. The plant only bears fruit once, and instead of letting the trunk go to waste, the outer fibres can be dried and then woven and braided into things like baskets, table mats and furniture. By using fibres from different banana species we get a natural colour variation – and a more vibrant expression.
