Product Safety Issue

Submit here if you have encountered a safety issue with an IKEA product

We consider product safety to be of the utmost importance and would like to address your complaint. Please include all relevant information in your message so we can get started straight away: product name and article number, date and place of purchase, description of the issue, photos of the product and the problem (if possible), a photo or note of the details on the production label (e.g. batch number, serial number), your contact details, and optionally your receipt number or order number.
