Kitchen appliance warranty

All IKEA kitchen appliances have Swedish names like TREVLIG and PROFFSIG but they are supplied by manufacturers like Whirlpool and Electrolux, who also provide the aftersales service.

Is your appliance not working as you would expect? Contact one of our partners. Start by running through the steps below to ensure we can help you quickly.

In the appliance manual, go to the “resolving issues” section. Carefully follow all the steps. You may be able to resolve the issue yourself.

That’s okay, you can find it on our website.

You can search for any appliance by entering the name in the search bar (A). You’ll find the PDF manual on the product page (B).

See your proof of purchase to check when you purchased the appliance and whether the warranty is still valid.

Read the warranty conditions carefully to ensure your particular defect is covered by the warranty.
