Jr bedSharonThis is a great sized bed for kids who are to big for a toddler bed and maybe to young for a twin bed. (or you don't have the space for a twin). IKEA makes a fitted sheet to go with the bed but that's it. I wish they carried a comforter or quilt to fit this bed.
Simple and functionalJoseIt works really fine for toddlers and children up to 6-7 years old. I just had a little problem to asseble one of the horizontal bars since the hole was not well done and the nut was not fully entering.
Toddler bed in disguise LatashaThis is not a twin sized bed. It is basically an elevated toddler bed. We bought this bed, assembled it & couldn’t believe how small it was. The twin sized mattresses we already had were wayyyyy bigger. Back to the store we go. It is super cute so would recommend if you are looking for a bed between the crib & a twin size. If you are looking for a twin sized bed, keep looking.
Son keeps waking up with ankle stuckRebekahI have an almost three year old. We moved him into this bed a few months ago. In the past month, he has consistently been waking up at night screaming that he is stuck. It seems his leg is becoming trapped between the rail and the mattress. He is unable to get himself free. This is not a safe bed for him.
Ok buy ArianaThe bed it’s self is ok makes a lot of noise , what mostly upset me about this bed is that there is no sheets that fit it , I bought toddler sheets which this bed is way too big for , so I had to buy twin size. Twin size bedding is way too big but I had to improvise.

No Slatted bed baseEmilyAbsolutely love this bed! It was a perfect fit for my toddler. The only thing, the package did not come with a slatted bed base. Came with 2 thin supporting rods but not enough to hold the bed alone. I did purchase a slatted bed base but it was a twin and it was way to big.

its not study and you can't find any bedding for itAndresThe assembly is not sturdy and you can't find any fitted sheets or bedding for it. do not buy this unless you want to spend time fixing it and custom-fitting bedding yourself

Great size and sturdyBrookeThis bed is perfect for the in between age. My son is 5 and this bed is the perfect size for him. It’s not too small and not too big. Depending on his growth rate I’m assuming I will get 2 years out of this bed for him. I like that it doesn’t take up a lot of space and provides him enough room to move around without falling off.

Nice bed but finding sheets is impossible!AnonymousThis bed is great, it's the perfect size, was easy to put together, my daughter loves it. But here's the problem: fitted sheets. It's such a strange size that I can't find any stores that sell anything that fits it. And here on Ikea, the only fitted sheets that fit are plain white. It's really frustrating and annoying. I've been buying twin sheet sets and just tucking them around it. No little kid getting their first big bed wants plain white boring sheets!
Perfect for small kids roomAnonymous reviewerI searched everywhere for the perfect bed for my 5 year olds room because it’s very small. He was in a toddler bed but running out of leg room. This bed is longer than a toddler bed but about the same width. He has plenty of room to grow and I definitely think he can get another 4 years out of this bed. I was skeptical of the thin mattress.... but it does not feel thin when you lay on it. It is firm and supportive even when I lay on it. I am 5’3” and I can comfortably snuggle my 5 year old in this bed. The bed took about 30 mins to assemble by myself. If I had help it would’ve gone really fast. It’s extremely solid and sturdy. My ONLY complaint is that they did not offer shipping, only delivery for $199 so I had to drive to Ikea an hour away.
