Slightly flimsyDianeThe mat is slightly flimsy, possibly because it’s thin. 3
Hearty exterior mat DeenaThese last years and look great. Hearty material, good value 5
curled edgesElizabethAfter just a few weeks of use the front corner started to "curl", causing it to either trip the person walking over it or catching the door. Disappointed2
Durable rugPaulaThis rug is a good size to tuck into a door just inside the house and helps keep floors clean by trapping dirt off of shoes.5
Not to bad for the priceSarahPurchased the may for the back door. It serves it purpose but the corners to start to curl so I had to purchase double sided tape 5
Just a low quality rugLuisI placed the rug on my carpet to prevent my cat from scratching my carpet. This rug doesn't have grip on carpet but on tiled floor. It also started to falling apart. 2

Bought this multiple times.LindsayPerfect size and love to simple and beautiful textured design.4
SindalMariThis mat works great inside my sunroom door. Its low enough the door doesnt get caught on it when it swings in. Its sits very close to a jute rug I got at World Market and looks great5
Stylish and AffordableJeremyI have bought several of these for indoor/outdoor entrances. They really help cut down some of the dust/grass the pet paws drag in. It really dresses up the outdoor patio space to. Great buy compared to prices at other stores.5

Nice for where I need a flat mat.SusannThis is thin so works very well for a door where I didn’t want anything thicker.
Leave it to IKEA to create almost everything we need to live.5
ThiCoir mat as entry mat for Central Florida homeGail#1 --👍🏾 ... placed this mat UNDER the IKEA 'braided coir' mat to expand total length for a 30" covered entryway & the tone-on-tone color, subtle patterns & actual thickness of each mat worked well together -- you won't stumble and it shakes Florida sand/dirt out easily (if that is really possible.)
#2 -- initially I visualized a solid black coir mat to go underneath the braided coir mat for the needed length. I thought it would be more eclectic and funky -- which matches my lack of decorating sense and style -- but makes me happy. And I did look at other stores & found a black choir mat but had natural-colored scallops all around. And when I put the braided mat on top it was right on the mark in my mind's eye.
But this mat is still a keeper -- I just put it a few steps down the walkway for the door into the garage. And IKEA, true to its philosophy when it landed in Philly in the mid-80s with its first store ( I was there!) understood something as simple as a mat can be used in a myriad of ways. So go IKEA! If it doesn't work in one place you can generally figure out another way to use it and get some value for the money.4
MatMonaIt’s fine. Looks good. Nice size. Don’t expect it to last forever. Nice price.3
