Very good could be wider for wider irons. Anonymous reviewerVery solid only issue I had was my iron being a little wider than the holder itself I had to bend it a little to make it fit. This wasn’t a problem but just to make others aware I’ve included it in the review. 4

Okay but few things to be aware of Anonymous reviewerWe bought this a while back and used it with our old iron which worked great. After a while we saw that the iron plate was beginning to wear in places where it touched the holder. There is definitely a fault in design. We had to get rid of the iron eventually and buy a new one. Alas, the new iron doesn’t fit the holder. 3

And the metal backplate might scratch the iron’s soleplate. I wish I could return it but have thrown away the wrappings.1

Poorly madeAnonymous reviewerBought this as I thought it’s a great idea and solution to storage however it is very sharp around the edges and has cut my hands whilst handling. Will be looking to hopefully return as it is certainly not for for purpose, iron is of standard size but does not fit.1

The areas that come into contact with the sides of the iron soleplate are metal. This will lead to wear on the soleplate. These parts of the holder should be sleeved in plastic or fabric.1
Excellent productAnonymous reviewerDelighted with this iron holder. Although not designed to do so, I have also been able to hang my ironing board on it too! Everything is now tidy and securely fastened to the wall.5

Iron HolderAnonymous reviewerFantastic use of space behind cupboard door where I keep my vacuum and ironing board etc. My mum had a similar product in the 1970’s and I thought of it for some reason recently - being a safe way of keeping the iron stored away! Looked on line and saw this one. Well made, but you do need screws to fix! Iron can be put away hot and will definitely not fall out. Great product and I’ve told lots of friends about it :)5
