Brill Modern DesignAnonymous reviewerLove it- too many old fashioned doors off my sitting room and I’m thrilled now this cool looking screen blocks off two of them! I also have the choice of dismantling the hinges and screwing on a panel over each boring door and change the sitting room into an ultra modern space. It’s sturdy made with wood but the panels are plastic but look like glass - otherwise it would be very expensive . An ultra cool bargain!
Too big for my roomAnonymous reviewerI wasn’t able to see this product at the store or to see the size of the packaging in the store warehouse so I wasn’t able to see quite how big the screen is. I would have appreciated seeing it in one of the room displays before purchasing it.
Arrived damagedAnonymous reviewerThe screen is okay. Simple and effective. It was poorly packaged which was unusual for Ikea. Standard outer box but nothing protecting the panels inside.
The panels are vulnerable to being dented and pushed out of place which is exactly how mine arrived.
I would have found it helpful to understand the length the screen can go while maintaining a good level of stability rather than just the length.
Great screenAnonymous reviewerThis is a great screen perfect for our needs, it cuts out glare in our conservatory whilst not cutting out natural light.
It looks great and was a very reasonable price. Not easy to get hold of though as was not available for delivery or click and collect so ended up driving quite a distance to secure 1 of 2 available and hoping that it would fit in the car.

Dissapointing that hinges are not bidirectionalAnonymous reviewerFor the price, I assumed that the hinges would be the bi-directional / double-acting kind that allow each joint to bend in either direction. They aren't. You can only fold the screen one way. i.e. it's always an "S" shape not "Z" or "C" which limits how you can place it in the room. I'm going to have to buy some different hinges and modify it. The plastic panels also make an unpleasant sound when moving it.

It's very stable, well built and needs no assembly. Good opaque panels.
It's extremely sturdy despite other reviews saying the panels broke or were flimsy.
There wasn't one on display in the showroom, so we bought it unseen but not disappointed at all. The only snag is the price which is a bit steep.

Ok but expensive for quality of productAnonymous reviewerThe product is heavy and looks good, but the black wood isn't painted well and you can see the natural color at parts. The hinges are not that well made either. I think if it was half the price it would be better.
Good divider but…Anonymous reviewerThis divider is perfect! However, after a few months a panel fell out and the glue that holds the divider together became loose. So annoying as the panels can not be slotted back in and it’s now broken on one side. I’ve researched and seen this is not an isolated issue and has happened to a few other people :( If you don’t mind the divider with panels missing then shouldn’t be a problem! but be careful extra careful with this one!
PROVIDES OUTSIDE FROM LOOKING INTO BEDROOMAnonymous reviewerSimultaneously provides a privacy screen yet still lets light filter in. Bedroom in flat with floor to ceiling window/ doors that open fully inwards.
Both passersby and higher up apartments across can see into bedroom area.
Do not want to keep curtains closed and for same reason do not want to fit blinds due to doors opening inwards.
This screen is wide enough and tall enough to be moved to cover the necessary areas to provide daytime privacy.
The screen material lets lights through and frame is easy to move when do want to move it away or change the way it stands.
Came fully assembled , just had to unbox it.
