The packing look all good but the lampshade inside were found to be collapsed when unboxed , would there be an undercovered issue before packing?
Wonder if I could save a round trip by order a replacement as small parts. However, Unable to locate the parts number lampshade collapsed , or it's not a small parts for order replacement?3

It's a LampAnonymous reviewerBought for use in my home office, I located it between the desk and an armchair and the flexi neck is perfect for switching between the two. The white finish is ideal for matching up to blinds and a drawer unit the same colour and for less than £20 it's a bargain. One note of caution though - the recommended bulbs shown on the website are 60W, but both the box the lamp comes in and a label inside the lampshade state 'Max 20W'. I went for the latter and within 30 minutes a bulb had already blown, so ordered some better replacements elsewhere. All in all it's a decent lamp.5
