IKEA kitchen experts will come to your home, measure and assess your space, and handle all the planning for $199. The initial appointment may last up to four hours and requires a follow-up session (in-store or online) to finalize your design and complete your purchase. Best of all, the $199 fee is applied toward your qualifying kitchen Installation service.

Welcome to the new IKEA Pick-up point located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Our new Plan & order point with Pick-Up is now open, and it's unlike any IKEA experience you've had before. IKEA Scottsdale at The Promenade offers home furnishing expertise and support for solutions that require a bit more help—such as kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Customers can get expert help from the IKEA team and even schedule a pick-up once they're finished planning, all at a location close to where they live, work, or commute.

What you need to know
- Pick your order up at your earliest convenience.
- We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
- Make sure you have enough space in your vehicle to fit your order.
Where to go
For curbside pick-up
- Follow signs to the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up area to the left of the store.
- Park in one of the numbered parking spots and check in. If you need loading assistance, please back your vehicle in.
- Wait in your vehicle and we will be out with your order shortly.
For in-store pick-up
- Park in the loading zone in front of the store and check-in. We'll text when your order is ready.
- Enter through the Exchanges & Returns Entrance.
- Turn left and proceed to the Furniture Pick-Up Counter to pick-up your order.
