Our new Plan & order point is now open and taking appointments. You can get support from our design specialists with planning and ordering home furnishing solutions at these new convenient locations.

Design Help, One-on-One

• Get expert support at the IKEA Plan and order point. Book a consultation for kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, small spaces, and more. Our planners will design, quote, and order everything you need.
• Easy Order Pick-up - Place your order at the IKEA Cherry Hill Plan and order point with Pick-up for convenient curbside service. Can’t find what you need? Come inside and talk to a co-worker.

What you need to know

• Pick your order up at your earliest convenience.
• We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
• Make sure you have enough space in your vehicle to fit your order.

Where to go

For curbside pick-up:

1. Drive to the right side of the building around the corner from the Exchanges & Returns entrance.
2. Park in one of the designated Click & Collect Order Pick-Up spots and check-in.
3. Wait in your vehicle and we will be out with your order shortly.

For in-store pick-up:

1. Park in the loading zone in front of the store and check-in. We’ll text when your order is ready.
2. Enter through the Exchanges & Returns entrance.
3. Turn right and proceed to the Furniture Pick-Up Counter to pick up your order.

• We have multiple cardboard recycling bins outside of our store in the loading zone. Bring back your IKEA packaging and we will recycle your cardboard for you! 
• We currently offer 3 EV parking spots just outside of our main entrance with plans to implement more soon!
• We offer a Buy Back Program! Do you have IKEA furniture that’s an oldie, but it's still a goodie and looking to retire it? We’ll buy it back and you help pave the way toward sustainable living. By finding your furniture a new home, we are making the things we love last longer. You can learn more about it, by clicking here
• Our roof is full equipped with solar panels to help power the store while lowering our carbon footprint.
• We recently implemented a recycling center near our main lobby, where you can drop off any of the flowing items and let us take care of the rest!
