IKEA at Best Buy Plan and order points

The IKEA Plan and order point allows you to design your living space with the help of an IKEA planner. We are appointment-based, offering one-on-one in-person or virtual consultation services for any area of the home. The difference between an IKEA store and an IKEA Plan and order point is that you do not take products home with you. Instead, you discover the look and style for your living space, design it with the help of an IKEA planner, and then have the products shipped directly to your home. 

You can also pick up your qualifying IKEA-USA.com online order for free at a participating Plan & order point pick up. In order to qualify to pick your order up, you’ll need to have at least one qualifying furniture item included in your online shopping cart during the checkout process.

Returns can only be accepted at Lakeland, FL and Alamo Ranch, TX. More locations will be added in early 2026. In the meantime, you will need to make all returns at your nearest IKEA stand alone location.

The IKEA Plan and order point is open for all visitors to browse our showroom and get inspiration and ideas for your home and small business. Those who would like to plan or purchase can make an appointment in advance here. 

IKEA offers a wide range of useful services to help you purchase, transport, and assemble your products. Services available include Delivery, Taskrabbit Assembly, Kitchen Services & Planners and other planning tools.

Products are not available at the IKEA at Best Buy Plan and order point with Pick-up for purchase to take home the same day.

IKEA offers a flat rate online delivery service to your home or business starting at $5 for small item shipping and $49 for large item deliveries. With this service, your merchandise can be placed in a room of choice at no additional cost. Assembly services are available for in-store and online purchases. Our products are designed to be assembled by you. That way, you’ll save the most money. However, we've teamed up with TaskRabbit to provide even more options to assemble your IKEA furniture. Learn more here. 

Gift cards, debit cards and credit cards are all acceptable forms of payment in the studio, Afterpay, including the IKEA Projekt and Visa credit card. Cash payments are not accepted at Plan and order points.

The IKEA Projekt credit card is only valid for IKEA product purchases. For financing options on Best Buy® products, please speak with a Best Buy® retail sales associate.

No, but after working with your IKEA Planning Specialist, you can be introduced to a Best Buy® retail sales associate for help with Best Buy® products.

No. You can only receive IKEA Family Rewards on IKEA products, IKEA services, and IKEA appliances.

There is not a restaurant, bistro or Swedish food market at the Plan and order point. 

Pick up your qualifying IKEA-USA.com online order at partner locations we call "Pick-up points". In order to qualify to pick your order up, you’ll need to have at least one qualifying furniture item included in your online shopping cart during the checkout process.

When placing your online order, you will select the desired pick-up date and time convenient to you. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up.
