Returns & exchanges
Returns are accepted at IKEA McAllen. The Exchanges & returns, and order collection area are located in Suite B1. The entrance to the Exchanges and returns area can be accessed directly via US-83 Frontage Road or from North Jackson Road. Please drive to the parking lot in the rear of the building, where you will find convenient curbside parking spots.
