• Get expert support at the IKEA Plan and order point. Book a consultation for kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, small spaces, and more. Our planners will design, quote, and order everything you need.
• Easy Order Pick-up - Place your order at the IKEA Hunt Valley Plan and order point with Pick-up for convenient curbside service. Can’t find what you need? Come inside and talk to a co-worker.

What you need to know

• Pick your order up at your earliest convenience.
• We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
• Make sure you have enough space in your vehicle to fit your order.

Where to go

For curbside pick-up:

1. Enter the property by the flags on the Mall side.

2. Follow signs to the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up area in aisle J of the parking lot.

3. Park in one of the yellow designated spots and check-in.

4. Wait in your vehicle and we will be out with your order shortly.

For in-store pick-up:

1. Park in the loading zone in front of the store and check-in.

2. Enter through the Exchanges & Returns Entrance.

3. Proceed to the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up counter to pick-up your order.
