We've made some improvements!
Our new showroom is open! We're still putting a few finishing touches here and there but all the products are now where they belong. There are lots of new products to see, and home furnishing inspirations for a better everyday life at home.
Click & Collect Order Pick-Up
What you need to know
- Pick your order up at your earliest convenience.
- We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
- Make sure you have enough space in your vehicle to fit your order.
Where to go
Curbside pick-up:
- Take the first left turn prior to the IKEA flags and follow the signs for the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up to the underground parking garage.
- Drive through the entrance of the underground parking garage and turn right. Park in one of the designated spots in the lower level in Sections K and check-in.
- Wait in your vehicle and we will be out with your order shortly.
In-store pick-up:
- Drive up the ramp to the Upper Level parking lot and park in the Click & Collect parking area and check-in. We'll text when your order is ready.
- Enter through the Exchanges & Returns Entrance.
- Turn left and proceed to the Click & Collect Pick-Up Counter to pick-up your order.
