1. Position a couple of smaller sofas

Facing each other with a shared table in between to create a lounge session for two. Add another sofa placed back-to-back, so one of you can catch up on TV while the other checks off their reading list.

2. Envelope your sofa in an ethereal feeling canopy

It softens your space like none other, and well, it doesn’t get much dreamier.

3. A room divider on wheels

Gives you the flexibility to pick and choose when you want privacy. When you’re in the mood for face time, just roll it flush against the wall. It’ll still provide you with storage and a place to hang photos and things.

4. Lay side by side - or not

Depending on how much you’d like to interact, you can overlap your chaise lounges or avoid doing so altogether.
