Traditional kitchen design
The traditional kitchen is at its heart a cook’s kitchen. It’s the place to be for the whole family, the true hub of the home. A traditional style kitchen has painted cabinet door fronts with a combination of cabinets with or without glass. The door fronts will have details such as bevelling (a raised center panel), shaker or slatted grooves to give the kitchen that traditional look and feel.
Country kitchen design
In a country-style kitchen you want the feeling to be comfortable and warm. The most popular colors are shades of cream, gray, green or blue. A two-toned look can also be achieved by pairing a darker lower cabinet with lighter upper cabinets or choosing a different color for your kitchen island.
