Chai salt

This is a great seasoning to have on hand for your everyday cooking. Use it as a rub or as a finishing salt to add flavor and complexity to any dish.

Ingredients:

Makes: 1/4 cup
Time: 2 min

2 tbsp sea salt flakes
2 tbsp EGENTID organic black chai with ginger and elderberries

Step by step:

  1. Put the tea leaves in a mortar and grind them well. Add the salt and grind until well blended.
