Stops working once u refillDhirajThis is my 3rd one in past two years, once u refill, it just keeps turning smoothly without grinding , One can be faulty, another one maybe. 3rd one now died on me. thats pissing me off
Stopped grindingVishWhen refilled, it stopped grinding. I don’t even feel it. It just turns smoothly as though nothing is there to grind. There is a defect or something is wrong in it’s design. I purchased it in 9/2024. Can I get an exchange if I bring it into the store?

I should buy more of these! LarsBlack pepper, white pepper, allspice, salt... Have used these for years w/o any problems. Thinking of adding one for cloves and maybe for some other hard spices - small chunks of cinnamon, maybe? So many uses!
Impossible to refill by designRobThis product uses the large black upper portion to turn and grind the pepper. But it is impossible to use that large black upper portion to unscrew the top to refill it.

Small parts can eventually become brittle and break, but I think I'm getting more than a decade out of each of these grinders on average, so considering the price and functionality, they're unbeatable.
