Very stable, one year old stands on it and I don't worry about it tipping over. There is a slight wobble but that could be our floor. I bought them for the hanging feature and it does make cleaning the floor fast and easy! The only drawback is that the black surface shows all the crumbs, handprints, etc. 4

It was not in stock however I.am hopeful to catch it when it returns to stock. I plan to have a red leather seat cushion made to finish the look.         So sturdy. As expected.ElizabethThis is really great as a bar table, but I used it temporarily for my standing desk while I waited for my sit/stand chair to ship. This bar chair is super sturdy and not at all creaky or shaky. I found the hard surface put a strain on my back if I sat for too long so I ended up using a 1.5 inch seat cover which really helped. Again, my uses for this chair were not for a bar table but this still was so good in the meantime. You can lean back just a little and still feel comfortably safe. Would I recommend? For sure!4

        Great stool, unique looking, comfortable and good price. Only down side is the veneer scratches easily so I'd recommend seat cushions for this reason

        Choose the right bar stool height

        Choose the right height of your bar stool so that it is comfy to sit on, offers plenty of leg room and is proportionate with the rest of your space. Kitchen counters and counter-height tables typically range from 34-36" from the floor. To find the perfect stool for your counter, look for a seat height of 23-26". Tabletops or counters that measure between 39-42" from the floor, are typically classified as "bar height", and require a seat height of 28-30".
