The only knife you need!!SaraI inherited the smaller knife in this set from a roommate 7 years ago and I reach for it anytime I need to cut something! It is the perfect size and stays so sharp! Fits in your hand perfectly. I finally just purchased another so I have one to use if the other is dirty. Purchased another to give to my brother. I really can’t say enough good things about these knives. I definitely use the smaller one the most, but the larger ones are good to have as well.
