Care
The best way to extend the life of your wooden outdoor furniture is by cleaning it regularly, not leaving it outdoors unprotected more than necessary, and re-staining it on a regular basis.
Maintenance: To prevent the surface from drying out and cracking, and moisture from penetrating into the wood, we recommend you to re-stain the furniture on a regular basis, for example once or twice a year.
If the rope material gets wet, the material can be dried in natural sunlight and wind. The furniture stays fresh for longer if you use it under a roof or parasol.
Store in a cool dry place indoors. If stored outdoors – put a waterproof cover over it. After rain/snowfall, wipe off excess water from flat surfaces. Allow air to circulate to avoid condensation. Use in freezing temperatures can weaken the ropes.
Cleaning: Wipe clean with a mild soapy solution. We recommend to not clean rope or wooden furniture with a strong cleaning agent or an abrasive material since it may discolor or damage the surface.
Maintenance: The rope is maintenance free.
