Long wooden handle that's very comfortable and doesn't get hot when you're cooking over a fiery hot wok. It's long enough that you'll never inadvertently touch the steel shaft. You'll cook your food but not your hands.
And the turner is well balanced overall so you don't get tired using it for several batches of food.
