Happy With My Cast IronStephanieJust the bottom heavy cast iron pot I was looking for! Hesitated a bit on purchasing this line of cast iron due to the issues some people had trying to get rid of food residue and other bits left behind. After washing my pot, I tried drying it with a paper towel and a 100% cotton dishcloth, but had white fluff left behind! After some research, I found that a dish brush and a microfiber towel helped greatly (nothing left behind)! So, no concerns. I do wish the pot came in a smaller size. 5
