Zipper broken after 3 months' use, Ikea will not addressBradleyAfter 3 ~ 4 months normal use, the zipper has failed and Ikea will not offer any warranty or replacement. I expect outdoor furniture to be more sturdy, I will not buy similar products from Ikea in the future.
Great and Difficult to AssembleMeganLike other reviewers have noted, assembly is easy until the end. It seems like the curved top pieces don't fit. They do...but it's REALLY hard to make it all work. After you get the curved pieces in, try putting the remaining poles in diagonally and sliding them in place. The whole process takes serious muscle. Like others said, I was sweating. As for people who have broken zippers, try using only one zipper. Not both. Ikea - this assembly process could use some attention from you. Once it's together, it's great. But be prepared.
A $200 Tent that Doesn't WorkKateSpent an hour assembling this. It's all based on tension, so there's zero quality assurance-- all you're left with is useless instructions (unlabeled rods and "click!" on each page). Put my outdoor cushions in it, and can you guess what happened? Zipper busted. Remember when I said it's all tension-based? Brilliant. I just can't wait to do another two-hour round trip to return this because of how notoriously conveniently located Ikea is.

Vättersö is nearly impossible to assembleGudrunThe item's assembly instructions are terrible. I have assembled literally a hundred plus IKEA items (including an entire kitchen) in my lifetime. This item is impossible. And it feels flimsy once it's assembled.
