Not for frequent useJennaNot even two weeks into using it and the wood head has split and grown mold. I leave it to air dry between each use, so I don’t think it’s something I did.
Perfect dish brushWendyIt’s soft enough to use on everything. And the metal handle is at that perfect angle as to not hurt my hand &/or wrist. & the bristles are spaced so that debris doesn’t get stuck inside. I love it & im picky!!
great dishwashing toolTerryworks well removing stuck on food off of dishes. I like the fact that when the time comes you can just replace the brush
Cheap, sharp handleLindaThe handle is not a solid piece, it's a curved piece of sheet metal. The underside is open and sharp, so it digs into your fingers when you scrub.
Great for softer scrubGraceI love the replaceable scrub head and durable handle. The bristles are just on the softer side, good for washing, but not for scouring
Fantastic JudyThis brush is lovely and functional. It does as it should.
excellent and ecoKatrinaWe like it because the bristles are soft enough to not cause a lot of spray/ spatter when you scrub. ( I have all stainless steel cookware so I resort to steel wool for the toughest stick). But this eco friendly brush does the job the majority of the time. I never use any scrubber for longer than 3 weeks, so I bought 20 replacement heads and I'm set for the year. IKEA, I hope you keep it around for years to come!
Best Brush EverAliciaThis brush is amazing. It's sturdy. The brush head lasts FOREVER. And it's affordable. I will only be using this dish brush from now on.
Love it. I hope they never discontinue this brush!StephanieI’m very pleased with this scrub brush. I’ve spent too long looking for a dish brush where I could put the whole thing in the dishwasher, and the disposable part was actually biodegradable and not made of plastic.
I’ve been using it for over a month now. It has gone in the dishwasher many times, and when it’s not in use it sits in my sink caddy that’s in the sink, head up, so it can dry. I have had absolutely no issues with mold. The people who have were either storing it poorly after use or don’t understand that wood will darken and then turn gray after extended exposure to moisture.
The bristles have stayed firm, even after a month of hard use and dishwasher cycles. I also love that when the head has lived its life I can simply compost it with my city.
Pretty lightweightCalynLooks and feels nice, but bristles aren’t super stiff and the brush is light, so don’t try to scrub off something that’s truly stuck on a pan.
The wood cracks and theAaronThe wood cracks and the bristles are too soft.

Poor qualityDmytroWooden part cracked after 3 weeks of gentle usage
Hollow handle makes it uncomfortableSamHollow handle makes it uncomfortable to hold for long.
No plasticDeannLove the fact that this has no plastic parts, and the head is replaceable. Works well on my dishes.
Good alternative.GraceWe are looking to use less plastic and ecological replacements. This has a replaceable brush that is made with bio-degradable materials. This also make me think of my grandparents, what they us to have in their home— organic, biodegradable with replaceble parts.
