Don’t work well with IKEA drawersDaneWe just had an IKEA kitchen installed and these are theoretically built for them (angled sides and all). With this thinking, we were excited to puzzle piece our inserts and even over-purchased several inserts in every variation available believing IKEA would have a combination for efficiently filling every kitchen drawer they sell—especially the 24 and 30 inch ones—but the inserts either leave lots of unfilled space either above/below or to the sides. This one specifically leaves no option but to mix small and big forks/spoons together and leaves lots of unused space when accompanied with any of the other inserts. Really just bummed out because our favorite thing about IKEA is functionality.
Doesn’t fitAlexMeasure your drawers! Saw this in person at the store and figured it would be a universal fit. Turns out this was half an inch too big as our brand new house has drawers that are 19” deep. So close. Didn’t want to drive an hour back to return it so tried putting it in my rental house which had recently renovated cabinets/drawers from Home Depot and also did not fit. Those were also 19”. 0/2 with two different drawers and surely I’m not the only one. They should make a second size or make it known that it is not a universal fit to avoid shoppers in the store assuming it’s one size fits all.
