Easy to use and move RackWhitney L.I was disappointed in this product until I started spraying the joints with silicone to make them easy to break down. (Make sure you hold them by the verticle joints when rolling or the top will come off!) Now they go up and down in a flash and are great for vending. (I sell spinning fiber and yarns and use these for display.) I've gotten a lot of compliments. I would wish they were a smooth surface which would make them easier to clean. I just ordered 2 more.5

One star off because of the material which gets snagged on clothing fabric sometimes. Also I wish it came in a lighter color.4

It worksSadCatLady1) It off-gases a weird strong burnt chemical smell for the first 1-2 weeks. 2) I wish it were made out of METAL, instead of whatever strange extremely porous plastic concoction it is made out of. 3) I wish it had WHEELS so that it moved around without slightly scratching floors. 4) If you try to clean it with a paper towel and vinegar, the paper towel lint ends up sticking to it like glue- despite using higher quality thick paper towels.2
