Not worth your money.KoriThe first product I received was damaged; wood was dented and an end piece had a broken corner that needed to be glued back together. I contacted customer service who agreed to send another, but required the original be sent back on a scheduled day with no time (so I had to take the entire day off because the pick up company will only give 30 min heads up). The replacement arrived but the holes did not line up, so I had to take damaged pieces from the original and attempt to build it. The idea of the system is great, just not worth money, time, or effort since it is poorly manufactured.

Well - it didn't work at all. Assembly straight up DOES NOT WORK. Notice how other positive reviews of this line of products talk like they got them years ago?? Even the other reviews for Trofast frames (note: they're all the same frame with different basket layouts) say the same thing. The holes in the different panels DO NOT line up. So you will think it worked and then you'll see the little wooden things on the other side are no longer attached!! So you will attach them and - oh no! - they will be disconnected on the original side. You will go crazy and lose three hours of your day on this and it still will be a house of cards that falls apart with the mere breeze because NONE OF THE PIECES CONNECT. They'll say to return it, and I will! I have never returned anything to IKEA before, but they will get this pile of wood back from me. Using all my 999 characters to implore you to do better than I did and avoid this like the plague.
