Care

Beautiful piece but quality control issuesJonThis cabinet is beautiful, simple, and extremely solid when assembled, but I believe there is a quality control issue, specifically on the left side drawer in the sideboard. One of the drawer's side pieces simply would not click into its round slot, making inserting the drawer bottom panel impossible. The Bolingbrook, IL store had to open several new boxes from different batch numbers before we found drawer parts that would fit properly. A shame as the error in slot placement is only off by a few millimeters but prevented me from assembling without an exchange. Several employees including a builder on staff confirmed the issue was in the piece and not my assembly. Unfortunate for such an otherwise perfect item. I hate that these opened boxes will likely we wasted because of 1 or 2 small pieces, but hopefully they wind up in As-Is and someone can figure out how to make them work.

Love this oneMaggieBought two of these for a dining installation. They are very sturdy and I love that the glass doors slide not open out. Directions and assembly were straight forward. We kept the base of the glass cabinet to give the whole thing more height and it turned out great. Definitely requires anchoring but that’s standard safety. A little pricier than base IKEA but would buy more from this series.
