Simple looking and effective, but surprisingly difficultGillianReally liked the way this looked so I picked it up in store. Finally done putting it together after what seemed like would be a quick project. It was difficult to get the wood branches level with the base, they kept twisting as you screwed them in. Also, most of the screws were difficult to finish screwing in, not sure if my wood was just threaded badly. It would have been more effective in my opinion to order the directions differently, as the wood branches that weren’t secured yet with screws and only dowels kept falling off. However, it is simple looking and effective at being a coat/bag holder.3
White color is off.ClaireWish I had read the review Disappointed in color before I purchased this item. It's very true. This item is off-white, not close to the true white of the Ikea furniture I have in the same room where I wanted to use this rack. I will likely return it.2

Unfortunately, it’s advertised as white, and I have it next to another white Ikea wardrobe, and it’s definitely an off white in color. Blends in with my wall. Definitely disappointed that now I have to spend extra money and time to paint it, but other than that, I love it. 4

The complaints about mounting screws not being included seem to be from folks who should be willing to invest in a basic collection of tools and fasteners. So here's what you need: a drill, stud finder, wall anchors and a couple screws. If that's more than you can handle, go on Taskrabbit.5
AwfulLarisaThe screw holes are not deep/ wide enough, only about 20% of the screw length goes in. Just a horrible useless piece of sawdust. All screw holes are made wrong.1
