Product details

The hard-wearing solid pine has natural variations in grain, color and texture, giving every piece a unique look.

If you oil, wax, lacquer or stain the untreated solid wood surface it will be more durable and easy to care for.

There’s plenty of space under the bed for storage boxes - perfect for storing extra quilts and pillows.

You can easily vacuum under the bed frame to keep the space clean and dust-free.

SKORVA midbeam is included in the price but packaged separately. It is required for the stability of the bed frame and to keep the mattress in place.

Create extra storage space under the bed with RÖMSKOG underbed storage box.

Slatted bed base and mattress sold separately.

Requires 2 people for anJanineRequires 2 people for an easier assembly but I am happy with our bed. It’s lower to the ground than other frames so I don’t worry about my son rolling right out and down a great fall.4

extra part needed not listed on website :(ET70Bed looks great - shame I can't use it yet. There's a center support beam that you need, that wasn't listed on the list of parts needed when I bought it. With Covid-19 the line is extremely long so I'm on a mattress on the floor right now!3
Bed broke in the middle of the night after 1 monthceren123I bought this bed in november and started using it a month ago and it broke while I was sleeping. planks couldnt keep on the metal center support and the metal support fell off completely and the metal rods attached got bended. so the bed is beyond saving. I was the only person using the bed and I’m on the lighter side. And I seriously couldn’t be more gentle. This is the first time I’m having a problem this big with an Ikea bed and I’m so disappointed. I’ve been sleeping with my mattress on the floor since then.1
NahhhhhhhhhI bought this a year ago and while it was a pain to put together because all of the screw holes weren't in the piece that goes at the foot of the bed, I loved it. I stained it and finished it myself and it matched with everything in my room perfectly. Then last night, in the middle of the night while I was asleep, the bed broke. I woke up to it cracking right in the middle of one of the boards around the bed, cracking the whole headboard all the way through. This bed does not have a weight limit that I have seen, so I wouldn't recommend buying it if you'll have more than one person sleeping on it. Get something sturdier.2
Bedframe cracked less than a year inKait46739I bought this bedframe earlier this year. Last night, I woke up because the wood at the base of the headboard cracked during the middle of the night and the bed collapsed. I'm trying to find out if I can get a refund because I just purchased this bed! Reading through the other 1 star reviews, it looks like this is a common issue. I appreciate the price point and it looks nice, but the quality is TERRIBLE. Do not buy.1
I LOVED this bed...until it snappedmeredithannebWe have had this bed frame for about a year and loved everything about it...until this morning when we were awoken by the sound of it cracking. It totally snapped down the middle of the foot of the bed...1
Looks good terrible quality.Zac1321I purchased this around 3 months ago and put it together which worked out fine. But then today while just laying in bed, the frame near the headboard where the center support attaches just broke in half right where the manufacturer fused the wood. This is not a piece of solid wood it is many pieces fused. Can not get ahold of anyone on customer service and I live far away from the closest store. I don’t recommend this product.1
Breaks easilyCast4I bought this a week and a half ago and i am a 160 pound man, i took a siesta (nap) and i woke up to this frame cracking...very inconvenient1
It got broken in 3 monthssenaondIt looks nice but not useful at all. It got broken in only 3 months and they are not extra foot to fix.1
Good but basicErik AndreThis is the best piece in the TARVA series. Everything else feels a little underdeveloped, but the bed is fine as it is. I do wish it had a footboard. I bought this because the HEMNES bed isn't available in Light Brown, but I would replace this one as soon as it is.3
Terrible. New mattress sags in the middleDRviewBought new mattress and new TARVA bed with Lonset slats. Noticed almost immediately significant sag of the mattress in the middle. Skorva mid beam doesn't help since the sag happens between the left and right set of slats (right in the middle of the mattress). Also it's very uncomfortable when your lower part of the body is sagged to the middle at night during sleep while the rest of the body stays on the side of the bed. I don't recommend this bed unless you look for back pain.1
sag in the middletim blove this bed frame, looks great, assembly was not hard. After a few months we noticed a sag in the middle. We have two of these bed frames, one purchased Oct 2016 and the other about 10 months latter. after looking closer the beam in the middle of the frame seems low. There is a good 1.5 inch cap between the bottom of the mattress and the top of the beam..... or more correctly, the top of the slates on the beam. Read review of other person with same problem and put a 2x4 on top of beam. Will see if this helps.3
