it broke!Christinemy husband sat on the end of the bed to put on his shoes and the end piece and inside support beam broke. it completely shattered - there's absolutely no way to repair this damage.1
Good purchase BriyannaI’ve had the bed for four months so far so good no issues but keep in mind doesn’t come with slacks and takes a min to build if your doing it solo 4
Not Worth ItVivianWe purchased this bed for a vacation home last winter and it broke on us this summer when we returned to the home. We used it for less than 2 months total! Same as everyone else, my husband sat down near the foot of the bed and it broke. From what we could tell, the foot board cracked. We asked Ikea about the warranty and they said we only had 30 days so we were SOL. We've been IKEA customers for 20+ years and have never had any issues but this has us questioning IKEA's quality now.1

Broke when I sat on the bedOliviaWe have a house full of IKEA products but I am now sitting on the floor of our bedroom at nearly 2 am trying to decide where to sleep because I sat at the foot of the bed and the bed broke. I weigh 160 lbs. This is absurd. IKEA should stop selling this immediately. 1
Cheap quality ElizabethThe stitching is a dark brown and it stands out to much with the light beige color. The fabric looks cheap and the head board is too thin it need more cushion. It just does not look right. So sad it didn’t work out will be returning asap. 1
No opinionPerryThe bed is junk. The first time I sat on the edge of the bed the foot board broke in half which was replaced by iKEA. We had no problems with the bed until a few weeks ago when I sat on it and once again it snapped in half. I weigh 220 lbs so that may be the problem but no the less it broke and I was hesitant to go through the processes again. So I purchased an eight foot 2x4 and reinforced the frame myself. So when I decide to replace this bed I will know to purchase a sturdier one probably somewhere else.1
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BED FRAME!!!!NandiniThis bed is incredible! It is so well made and super sturdy. It definitely looks high end. I wanted a bed frame with a bed skirt and the skirt is made with thick material and the Velcro is brilliant, the bed skirt stays in place. The lines are classic and timeless and I hope that vendors on Etsy and other sites make slipcovers for this bed frame in different patterns. If you are on the fence, BUY THIS BED, you will not be disappointed.5
