Care
Wipe clean using a damp cloth and a mild cleaner.

Solid piece, but poor alignment & overpricedYechanThe Stockholm 2025 sideboard looks good and feels fairly sturdy once assembled. However, the push-open mechanisms are frustrating to align properly. Right after the build, the doors sat unevenly and needed a lot of fiddling to get close to flush. The biggest disappointment is the recent $100 price hike, which makes it hard to justify compared to what you actually get.
Does the job adding kitchen storageCaiThis piece was much easier to assemble compared to the Stockholm 2025 TV unit; however, many of the pre-drilled holes were too snug to fully accept the appropriate screws and without a power drill would have been impossible to drive to depth.
The unit has strong lines and presence, though I can't help but feel that the finish looks and feels somewhat cheap. While the drawers are a nice touch, they slide unevenly and catch so that I won't be using them to store anything I need more than once in awhile. Overall it does the job of adding much-needed kitchen storage even if the quality is middling for the price.

It’s a big reason I picked this one, due to the unique legs and it’s actually just four small adjustable legs on the bottom instead of two thick pieces of wood.

Assembly issuesPabloThe product is nice, but the quality of the parts is not good. My partner and I have built multiple ikea products and this one had without a doubt multiple factory defects. The piece is not well made, we struggled with the assembly of some parts because of the defects and we would like our money back.

Worth it RebeccaI buy so much from IKEA. This piece had a few quality control issues. Upon unpacking I found a chipped panel in a noticeable spot. Also, there is a step where the holes lack any threading—I actually had read about this elsewhere online and it happened to me as well (seems to be a common theme—the missing threading is related to attaching the base to the cabinet).
However, IKEA takes care of these rare issues to make it all worth it. After contacting them they will be sending me a replacement unit, due to not being able to replace the damaged piece. For the hardware issue, I’ll track down what I need at a hardware store. Minor inconvenience.
Despite having to wait for the replacement, this purchase is not a regret for me. It’s a beautiful piece. I have really been loving Stockholm 2025–beautiful craftsmanship & high quality! Can’t wait until my new sideboard arrives & I can assemble it.
