Small design flaw for meGabrielleThis is such a pretty and well-made piece. It was also quite easy to assemble.
I live in a small space, so it was in my living room to double as an entry credenza and to hold all my office things.
It really did hold everything so well (printer, shredder), and I put a pretty lamp on top of it.
During the day, it was quite perfect; you can’t see what’s inside. But at night when I dimmed the overheads and put on the lamp on top, it illuminated everything on the top shelf under the light. So instead of enjoying my living room vignette, I’d look over and see all my office stuff.
I thought of putting in some washi paper or something, but that would have also changed the airy quality it was supposed to have.
If you’re not as persnickety as I am, you’ll love this. I wish it had worked out for me because it really is so nice.

It was a bit bigger than I thought based on the pictures (but the dimensions are very clear so that's on me). Very happy with it, and I think I will keep it for many years to come.
