Great knifesBobbieStops knuckles from hitting the cutting board. Comfortable to use.5
Super Sharp!JesseThese are nice little knifes. Very sharp and ergonomic. I did not see the age guide for this of 8 or older. I let my 5 year old use these, and of course she got cut right away. These probably do not need to be this sharp since its for kids. Something to keep in mind if you have children of varying ages. We did use these for camping trip and are great for that due to covers and compact size.4

Knife to meet youMelanieWe keep these knives in our lunch bag. Great tool to cut tomatoes, cucumbers or whatever else you need to complete a meal. I really like the sheathe5
Extremely sharp and dangerousGraemeI have a decent set of Cuisinart kitchen knives which I sharpen regularly and these knives are even sharper. I know this has been mentioned by some other reviewers on here but in my opinion this set is way too sharp for kids to be to using. The blades are wickedly sharp and for any kid younger than about 9 or 10 they just do not have the fine motor skills to ensure they do not accidentally catch themselves on the knife. Even with supervision my son cut himself badly the first time he tried to use these. I cannot recommend these for anyone looking for “safety” knives to use with kids and I do not think these should marketed as something for kids to use. As another reviewer has already noted, you may as well just give them a standard kitchen knife. 1
great beginner set!Kerrybought this as a gift and loved this set!! highly recommend this to anyone with children interested in cooking! 5
Great knivesIngridThese knives are so good they feel very comfortable in my hand are easy to handle and use. The price is great. I was at the store in Tampa and bought them for myself and then ordered two more sets as gifts.5
Great KnivesLorrainThese small knives are great. They fit smaller hands perfectly. They are sharp ( be careful) easy to handle and clean up easily.5
small but mightyUrsulaVery nice knives ... cut through blocks of cheese or hard bread like butter5
Kids knives VanessaNeeded kids knives and these do the job. The handle is heavier than the blade, so the child will get more practice on controlling their cuts as opposed to the blade doing the cutting. The blade is sticky so I wouldn’t try using in air, just on a cutting board surface doing vertical cuts only. I prefer a heavier blades which my older kids can handle, but so far no injuries! This is something for the late 5-8yo age or later developed fine motor skill kids.4
The bestAntonioI like the size and the good handling, now I need to buy more of these 5
Perfect for Small HandsMeganMake no mistake, these are REAL knives and you should be supervising your children. But imo plastic knives are more dangerous and they don’t help your children to learn proper knife skills and safety. My 3yo just helped with dinner tonight and cut three whole peppers. Again these are REAL, so if you’re scared of your kids using real knives then these aren’t for you. But with vigilance and proper teaching your little can be your best sous chef!5
