shedJeffI bought the blue and black ones. The colors look great, but they shed and pill terribly. The fibers get all over my face and body, which is really annoying. Not only that, but you’ll also find your bathroom floor and other items covered in lint from these towels.
To make matters worse, the color bled as well. These are some of the worst items I’ve ever bought from IKEA. I’m extremely disappointed and wish I could get a refund.

Love the whole SLÅNHÖSTMAL seriesJohnWonderful towels. Very soft and absorbent, thin enough to dry quickly. Inexpensive enough to have several of each color. They do tend to shed quite a bit when new, so running them through the washer and dryer a few times will help reduce the shedding. (Use baking soda in the washer which also helps reduce shedding.) Otherwise these are perfect towels for me and add nice color to my otherwise drab bathroom.
