You easily detach the handle and attach it again by pressing the 2 buttons on the side.
The saucepans are easy to stack in the cabinet or drawer since you can remove the handle and place it in the top saucepan.
Saves space on the hob by only having the handle on the saucepan where it is needed.
The saucepans are oven safe when the handle is removed.

Goodbye LumpyMeeraThe last saucepan I had had developed...lumps. It was wobbly. It worked, but it wasn't pretty and I kept expecting to burn through something. After asking a number of Responsible Adults, they recommended picking one up at IKEA. When I picked this one up I did not read it properly as it wasn't just one pan, but two. And they're wonderful. One can be used for spaghetti, it's so big. The other is a perfect replacement that allows me to leave behind my lumpy legacy. The detachable handle is easy to use, never worries me that it will pop off at any point, easy to clean, and the price point was low enough (especially with two!!!) that the longevity of it might be less than ol' lumpy bumpy, but I don't have to worry about a couple hundred dollars in replacement.

No lids!JaynePots have a nice heavy handfeel but don't come with any lids. I only realized this after purchase. Also no measurements on IKEA website regarding capacity or width or height etc.
