Inflating 101Anonymous reviewerHave you all never inflated anything by mouth?? Put the opening (closing piece too) into your mouth and bite the connector with your front teeth to open the slit in the valve and bloooooowwwwe. If it is inflating incredibly slow or not at all then turn it until you find the right bite. You will hear it swooshing very loud and fast once it’s open and it will go really fast once you do. Very easy to inflate and fits the Sniglar well. Still a tiny bit of space around the corners for it but it’s a good alternative being that the normal size doesn’t fit. Very comfy!4
Back-up changing matLindaI use this one next to my utility sink where baby has her bath. Love this one for the price as I did not want to buy another expensive one just for bath time, at the other end of the house, far away from the nursery.5
good simple idea - not too large hard to inflateAnonymous reviewereasy to clean n soft for baby. nice safe bumpers around. however bumpers steal quite a lot of space. my 3 week old when she stretches already takes up the entire length. i used it with my older child also and could only get a few months of use before it got too small. he could only fit diagonally. when inflating, you have to squeeze the nozzle with your teeth before inflating, a bit tough.3
Hard to blow upAnonymousThis changing pad is for my kid's playroom so it's a secondary changing area thus the cheap Ikea table and pad were a good choice. The only thing I don't like about this is how hard it was to blow up. I used my mouth for all of a minute and then used one of those plastic pumps for a balance trainer. That even hurt, doing the CPR move for about 10-15 minutes. But I am overall happy with the purchase.4

Padded and waterproofAnonymous reviewerI bought this pad to use on the dresser/changing table for my baby. It is plastic, so it is definitely waterproof which I really like. It's also padded nicely so my baby is comfortable. You also can't beat the price! Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to the fact that it doesn't come with a safety belt. My changing table does not have sides to hold this on. Hopefully I can find a safety belt to use with it or else this may be put on our upstairs level to be used on the floor.4

This IKEA item is durable, easy to clean, doesn't smell like nasty plastic, and is a great size for any changing table. the inflatable sides cradle your baby but not so closely that your ability to easily change a diaper is impeded. NOTE: you can also cover this with a regular pillowcase (it fits!)5
