Pretty but scratches easilyAshleyI love pegboards and this one looks very nice, my only issue is that it scratches so easily and came scratched. I was trying to put some accessories onto the pegboard and accidentally scratched it a few times, but I used a bit of matte acrylic paint to cover them up. I wish they weren’t so easy to scuff or scratch then they’d be perfect. 3

Sturdy and practicalLeslieI was a bit surprised by the difference in SkAdis vs. a traditional pegboard, but find that is works just as well. The only downside is that you cannot use many of the non-IKEA pegboard accessories on the market. Specifically, I use a pegboard to store thread spools and IKEA's skAdis accessories have no straight dowel type pieces to offer and none on the other makers' straight dowel pegboard hangers fit. I found something on Etsy, but they are rather expensive to purchase the amount would need. So my review is only a 4 and would be a 5 if the straight dowel option was available for purchase. Without it, my use of this style of pegboard is limited.4
Organize your stuffTinaI hung it horizontally. Some of the hooks only work if it’s hung vertically. Just be aware when purchasing the accessories. Other then that, it works great.4

Needs two brackets or two boards.JasonI like this cheap and useful system but one flaw i encountered was that at least on my walls the board wasn't held down well enough for me without two brackets of which you only get one but other people will likely have better results.4
Totally SatisfiedAnonymousI wanted a pegboard but disliked the idea every time you removed something the peg would fall out. The DOES NOT happen with Skadis. There are 3 hooks that hold the accessory secure. I purchased 4 for a sewing room and the quality is very good, more like a plastic than fiberboard. Installation is easy and looks very nice. I would buy again in a heartbeat.5

What is fibreboard?

Fiberboard is a stable and durable material made of leftover wood from the wood industry. A durable outer layer of paint or laminate is added to the board. The difference between various types of fiberboards, such as HDF and MDF, is mainly the thickness, yet also how impact-resistant they are. This determines if we will use them for bed frames, sofa frames, kitchen fronts, wardrobe doors, or something completely different.
