Swing & a miss🫤AdamI was happy to find an easy to press and with a downward direction spout soap pump dispenser with a large opening to refill & clean when needed 😀 "But" it all went south 👎🏼 because I completely forgot to check until I got home for how much room/distance from the dispenser the stem protruded. Your hand literally bumps against (touches) the dispenser so if you come in from the garden (or what not), you'll dirty the housing of the dispenser's body 😖
Another poor half a** designed product that makes IKEA a joke for many consumers 😏 I keep finding hit & miss with more items than there should be, I bought a similar IKEA soap pump a yr or 2 ago as a gift that was perfect but it was "my bad" 😄 for not getting 1 for myself 🫣 Oh well, I'll just know what to expect when company uses the facilities when they're visiting 🙄
Mess-free refillsKatieReally cute design. It’s so convenient that you can just lift the top off; it’s so much easier to refill compared to the usual screw-top design with a narrow opening. My only complaint is that I wish the stem of the dispenser was just a quarter inch longer so it would stick out a little farther from the bottle.

Form over functionAislingThis is a beautiful soap dispenser but it fails at what it is supposed to do. The nozzle is just not long enough for the soap to clear the resevoir. It is very awkward to fit one's hand in there to catch all the soap. It mostly dribbles down the side and makes a mess. I would return it if I could, but of course have already put soap in it. I'll repurpose the glass container but sadly the pump isn't up to snuff.
Nozzle is too shortPeiranVery good form, but the nozzle is a tad too short so when the soap spits out, it lands on your finger tips instead of on the center of your palm, so the soap liquid might slip through your fingers if you’re not careful. Otherwise perfectly good dispenser.

Spout too shortStephenThe spout is to short. I have to push my fingers into the side of the glass to use this. It’s functionally awful, messy, and clumsy. I was disappointed because aesthetically it is gorgeous.
Great until it rusts and comes apartNoahLooks great, but as others have said, it doesn't last. I had a standard soap fill (Method brand) in it and it didn't get wet regularly, but the nozzle got both gunked up and rusty within a few months. If it's going into a rarely used guest bathroom, it's excellent decor. It's just not designed for regular use.
