Spout too shortStephenThe spout is to short. I have to push my fingers into the side of the glass to use this. It’s functionally awful, messy, and clumsy. I was disappointed because aesthetically it is gorgeous.
Great until it rusts and comes apartNoahLooks great, but as others have said, it doesn't last. I had a standard soap fill (Method brand) in it and it didn't get wet regularly, but the nozzle got both gunked up and rusty within a few months. If it's going into a rarely used guest bathroom, it's excellent decor. It's just not designed for regular use.

Top is quite poorly builtDamianPump looks nice but is built very cheaply. The spout is so short that it releases soap backwards onto the glass of the dispenser. Won't be able to use this for a soap dispenser. I think I'll just have to repurpose the glass bottom for something else.
Very pretty, short pump neckChristinaVery pretty in design, but the pump neck is really short; shorter than I expected. It pumps perfectly and quite sturdy, otherwise. I only wish the neck extended out just a little more. It's slightly shorter than standard, so it gets a little messy. I still love it though. Goes well with our current powder room decor.

It works fine and goes nicely with our brass bathroom hardware and I do really like that the mouth is so big, very easy to clean out, The four star review is for user design. Either the pump is a little short or the spout could be a little longer. You really need to tuck you hand under to get the soap and not make a mess but it’s functional

Needs just a little redesigning.StacyMy 22 yr old daughter made me buy this. Love the color gold and the glass jar style. However the design of the nozzle is to short and soap comes out to close to the jar. Also if the jar was just a little bit taller it could hold more soap. Love the big pump on top.
Design flawCeciI love this soap dispenser! It looks great! The quality is also great. One thing I would change is the length of the spout. It is too short. When you push down to get soap out, you can barely fit your fingers under the spout to catch the soap.
