MAXIMERA drawer is a smooth-running, full-extension drawer with built-in dampers so that it closes slowly, softly, and quietly.

The door damper prevents your cabinet door from slamming by catching the moving door so that it closes slowly, gently and silently.

The door can be mounted to open to the left or right.

Sturdy frame construction, ¾" thick.

You can customize spacing as needed, because the shelves are adjustable.

Snap-on hinges can be mounted onto the door without screws, and you can easily remove the door for cleaning.

Does not go together well. Too much “figure it out for yourself”.DeniseWe love IKEA and even finished our entire kitchen renovation ourselves with Sektion/Maximera IKEA cabinets, sinks, etc. Turned out beautifully! However, my husband has spent the last two days trying to figure out how to put this cabinet together. There are two different set of instructions and no picture on the front of the instructions. The drill holes are off for the drawer railings. Additionally, The drawers do not fit right in terms of spacing. There is a gap between drawers from bottom to top. Furthermore, the hinge placement on the door does not line up with pre-drilled holes on the side of the cabinet. It is just not coming together. After being able to build IKEA furniture for years, we are pretty disappointed, will suck it up, and haul it three hours to the Dallas area for a return. Thank goodness for IKEA’s wonderful return policy. That helps a lot.1
Truly awful experience. Uneven gaps no matter what, paint chips off at nothing, no master directions for this combo, etcAngelaThis was the worst thing I've ever had the misfortune to build in my life. Notice how none of the drawers are shown closed in the pictures??? Yeah it's because there are gaps between the drawer panels no matter what you do. You would have to drill your own holes between the existing ones to make this thing line up evenly. I tried everything even shifting the rails themselves. Only thing I missed was a specific shelf sinks lower than the others but still doesn't fix one of the gaps. Best you can do so everything at least closes, because it will either not close on the bottom drawer hitting the middle, or the little drawer stopping the big door, is a gap on those problem spots because you have to shift the outer panel down twice on the big bottom one. Oh and that one will also be hanging on by one screw on each hardware piece because there is literally not enough holes, it has room to have more evenly spaced ones but there just isn't! :D1

We love the the extra storage this gave us. The 5 drawers, two large below and the 3 hidden pull out. The pull outs make it supper easy to get to all items in the cabinet. I was extremely easy to assemble and install.
