This cabinet made my kitchen biggerNancyI had a small kitchen with limited drawer space, and the counter was cluttered with crocks of spoons and spatulas while floor space was taken up by a cart holding things like dish towels and a hand mixer. Even the walls were cluttered, with hanging tools and a knife rack. Everything that was on the walls, on the counters and in the cart, as well as everything that was in our few drawers, fit in this bank of drawers. We gained open counter space and a clean, uncluttered look without having to move walls to enlarge the kitchen.
Believe among the best cabinets madeGaryHave used the Sektion cabinets serval times and have been very happy. Excellent drawer slide and hinge hardware. Don't believe there is a another manufacture that come close to matching the warranty the Sektion cabints have. Only item lacking for 5 star rating is the prive, bit on the high side.

Not as PicturedLloydI wish I could give these cabinets 5 stars but due to false advertising and not reading the fine print, it appears these cabinet come complete with 3" base as pictured but it does not. If you don't want your cabinet doors/drawers dragging on the floor you will need to construct your own base, as I did not see an option or suggestion to include them. I'm handy so it's not a huge deal to me other than the additional cost of hardware, adjustable feet and more of my time, I just wish I had know what I was getting ahead of time. It can also be beneficial that it doesn't come with the base depending on your application, and the ability to make it more seamless, but if you're not pretty handy, I wouldn't recommend you trying to install these (building a base for them) yourself. Click on "what's included" to see what you're actually paying for.
On a lighter note, the drawers/glides are some of the best I've ever seen. Smooth, Sturdy, and easy to assemble if you can interpret properly.
Wonderful Cabinets - Horrible instructionsBrianThese cabinets are great. The huge issues is the instructions. They are without words. Everyone gets that. But, using your pictures, it shows where the Ikea label on the drawer should be always at the bottom when assembling to the drawer slides. Many of the upper drawers, this was backwards. The only way to make them fit was to put the label at the top. Additionally instructions are incorrect when it marks which holes the drawer tracks should be screwed into. I believe it shows hole 13 for the middle track and it should be 14, or visa versa. These terrible instructions added HOURS of work and research online to get figured out.
BeautifulJulieAs a designer I felt this product turned out beautiful in our kitchenette. I built them with a little assistance with my husband. Would consider purchasing additional pieces to do laundry.
the directions are wrongJeffOverall installation was pretty straightforward. Set aside a few hours depending on the amount of cabinets you're building and get a drill set to a low torque threshold. With that said, I'm posting this because I just finished assembling this cabinet. The drawer slide positions for the bottom drawer and top drawer are correct, however, the middle drawer is not accurately listed on the instructions. Instead of row 13, with the lower holes on the slide, you need to use row 14, with the upper holes on the slide. With this small shift, the drawers are spaced accurately and there is no overhang on the bottom or the top. Overall the cabinets are decent quality (particle board as with all Ikea stuff) and the soft close is pretty nice.

Love everything except the LEGSJaneI love the cabinets. Bought for second time after hurricane Ian. However, the plastic legs are terrible. Ikea ought to sell a optional stronger leg. My granite counter took 4 guys to reinstall and every "wiggle shift" on the cabinet broke multiple legs. Thankfully we had extras.

Bottom drawer holes never drilled correctlyAndreaBe prepared to drill your own holes in the bottom drawer to make the top drawers align. This is our second round of drawer cabinets & in both cases the pre-drilled holes for the bottom drawer are misaligned. There’s no way without drilling more holes to get the middle & top drawers to align with the bottom drawer.

Quality control is excellent!LaurieAfter assembling an entire kitchen of about 20 cabinets, we we so incredibly impressed that there was not one flaw or error in IKEA’s Sektion system. Everything was perfect, nothing was missing and everything went together incredibly. Sometimes we would think there was en error on IKEA’s behalf, but we always learned is was our user error. The instructions can be challenging, but once you get the hang of it, and maybe refer to a video, it all makes brilliant sense. The accuracy of its design is beyond compare.
